Hello! I am a 30 year old female looking for a private room starting April 1st, preferably furnished. I am open to finding like minded people to find a house or apartment with. I work full-time and will need a place that is quiet during work hours and has reliable Internet. I’d like to live around Kitsilano/West Point Grey. My budget is around $1000 (ideally around $800 - $900) but I’m willing to pay more if it’s the right place.

I’m very clean, easy-going, and social, and am searching for roommates who are the same. It would be nice to have drinks together, occasionally cook together, watch movies, or hang out in the city. I’ve lived in a few different countries and love getting to know people from different cultures, so bonus if you’re international! I also speak German fluently and can speak some Italian and Swedish, and it would be cool to live with someone who is from those countries.
