I am a working professional doing 40+ hour work weeks on dayshifts. I have been with my company 8+ years which I can provide a job letter/references and is the main reason why I am moving to be closer to work.

I am hispanic, speak english & spanish. I am clean, respectful and friendly. I don’t smoke, I don’t have any pets. Respect for personal space, the home and other roommates is important to me. I am also down to hangout and socialize depending on the vibe and energy shared in the home.

Looking for a private 1 bedroom (must have closet space and a bed) if shared living spaces then only with a maximum of 1-2 other persons, any gender is fine. Needs to have a kitchen (electric single stove is fine) as I do cook once in a while.
