Looking for a non-basement rental with private bathroom and parking in Mississauga. Will sign onto a 1 year lease and stay longer if given the option.

I’m friendly and easy to live with, I mostly keep to myself but enjoy an occasional conversation. I value a clean home that is fairly quiet on weeknights. I have a friend or two who may visit me on friday nights/weekends. I cant rent with furry pets due to severe allergies.
