I am a 33 year old Vancouver-born, Asian (Filipino) male looking for 1 other person (Preferably mid 20’s to mid 30’s) to rent the other room in my 3 bedroom suite. I want to create a household of positive vibes, encouragement and productivity and hoping to find nother individual who preferably has a passion for fitness and learning. (Digital marketing, stocks/crypto, spiritual growth, meal prepping, etc.) Preference will go to those looking to rent long term and workout regularly in the evenings!

Room #3 - $800/month (Utilities/Internet Included)

Includes: Large washer/dryer, cozy kitchen, large living room, large balcony, shared washroom between Room #2 & Room #3. (I have a separate washroom)

A little about myself: I enjoy going to the gym/working out, hiking, biking and doing anything fun and spontaneous. As much as I love interaction, I also value my alone time/rest as I work a full-time and part-time job. I’m also in the process of working on some business-related side projects. I enjoy listening to trance, R&B and hip-hop and have a huge respect for anyone involved with the creative arts as I love anything to do with singing, dancing and music–I recently just joined a choir called the “YVR Pop Choir”!
