I am an economist and project manager currently working from home, supporting some consultancies from a senior consultant for United Nations. I decided to downsize since covid hit and I am looking for a mature house-share (clean, respectful, no big parties), and smoke-free (no cigarettes, no weed). I do not smoke nor have pets, and I have already lived with roommates of different ages and cultures, and I loved learning from them about their cultures. I speak English, Spanish and French and would be happy to help you practice if that is something that interests you. I prefer to socialize in small groups, but I am comfortable spending time by myself. I like calm/friendly ambiences and prefer to talk about any issue that may come up early to prevent bigger conflicts. I would prefer to find a place either as soon as May 1st, May 15th or June 1st at the latest (the sooner the better). Looking at least for 4 months but would prefer a longer agreement. Thanks!
