I’m a nonsmoker but cannabis-friendly (outdoors). I’m easy to get along with, very clean conscious (tidy), and expect the same in return. I live alone at the moment in a 4 bedroom home that I own (one bedroom is actually an office that my roommate can also use). All rooms are fully furnished (Pics available on request) so you just need your personal belongings. I basically live in my finished basement and will share the upstairs area kitchen. There are 3 rooms upstairs (one is converted into an office) so there is a choice of which of 2 bedrooms you would prefer. I spend most of my time dwelling downstairs in my homemade nautical museum of artifacts, and 2 saltwater marine aquariums. Parking is not an issue as I have a very large driveway. Amenities include a hot tub, the garden at the back, internet, cable, and much more. Security cameras and motion detectors are part of the home. I enjoy playing guitar so musicians are more welcomed but not required. I’m retired, and a homebody with many hobbies. A young 70-year-old with a young mind, and enjoy the company of open-minded people.
