My name is Simone. I’m interested in a team up with another female to get a 2 bedroom accommodation ( garden suite / basement above ground if possible. I’m interested in long-term minimum one year ( possibly longer ) 😊. It can be a 2 bedroom with 1established tenant already as well. Whether it be me moving into your home, or we both find a two bedroom accommodation for ourselves. I’m retired, on my own - ( not looking for an any type of romantic relationships ). I have no animals ( although I do love animals ). I do have a car. I appreciate having a peaceful atmosphere, clean, and although I do enjoy the quiet at times I also enjoy listening to a variety of music sometimes 😊.
You would find that I am clean, considerate, responsible, respectful, easy going and enjoy a good laugh. Enjoy barbecues, cooking / baking and sharing meals at times. Other activities ,… having a movie night once in a while. Doing gardening if it’s in raised beds or tall pots…etc😁 I do not do drugs. I am strictly an outside cigarette smoker and also a social drinker ( not to excess ). I do enjoy visits from family / friends at times.
