Hello! I am a full time vfx artist, and will be working from home for at least the next year. Likely looking to move in September or October, and prefer a year lease.

Prefer a place where we can both have plenty of our own space, room and bathroom.

I am a pretty clean and courteous person, especially when it comes to shared space. Enjoy video games, drinks, cooking, and board games with friends. I also own a car.

Willing to push budget a bit depending on the situation.
