My name is natalie and my boyfriend norman and I are looking for a room for rent. Norman and I have been in a serious relationship for over 2 years now and we would like to get married. Norman is a roofer by trade, and I am currently working 25-40 hours/week as a psw out in the community. We are also both In receipt of a government pension which would fully cover our rent, provided you are willing to sign an Intent to rent form and provide us with a copy of some sort of lease or rental agreement. The benefit to this for you would be that we can arrange to have the first and last months rent within a matter of days, and we can also arrange to have the rent direct deposited into your account on a monthly basis.
