I’m moving out of my current place in May and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (May-September). I have two amazing roommates that will share the place with you. You will have your own room and a shared bathroom. Room will be unfurnished however the rest of the apartment is live-in ready. The place is a townhouse located in Bridgwater with a pool, residence building with a pool table, kitchen and gym. Our balcony overlooks the field and you can perfectly see the sunset/sunrise. Bus stop is nearby (676) and parking is available on the street or you can pay for a spot in the lot. bridgwater center is only a couple minutes away with a save on foods, bubble tea and Leopold’s, altea gym is also in the area. Water is included and hydro is split three ways usually around $60 total/month in the summer. Pets are welcome (however we’re allergic to cats) but you’ll have to cover the pet deposit. Everyone is fully vaccinated.
