I’m a quiet and reliable woman..looking for another responsible person who has references from the last place they lived That shows that they pay the rent on time for at least one year prior to getting a place with me. Who dont want to bring a lot of strange men home all the time with them. Dating is cool..just have to be really respectful of each others privacy and space, is what I want. I’m going to be moving from the mainland and I have a 1bd of my own now, but I don’t need to bring my living room furniture. I have some beautiful pieces that I will be bringing but they can be put in my bedroom and or living room. I’m flexible with what each of us would use as our living room furniture. No drugs or excessive drinking please..if that’s you then we won’t work. I enjoy drinking but not being drunk or around out of control drinkers please and absolutely no drugs at all! I love to have a pretty garden and I have a new small apt size firepit and I love to bbq and cook and do something entertaining too.
