I am looking to team up to rent an apartment or house or simply find a great place to share ^_^ I have a lease and there’s no urgency for me to move until November/December.

Deal breaker for me is pets and parties. I have asthma and allergies. Birds and reptiles are great!

My budget is $700-$1200. Prefer to live with someone over 30 that’s a little cranky and enjoys an early bedtime 😜
