Hey, I’m Em. I am non binary and taking a year off of school. I’m looking for a room that’s around $600 a month (give or take) with utilities included and I can bring my own furniture. I would have first and last month’s rent and I’m looking to stay for about a year starting this September but I’m flexible. I don’t smoke or have any pets but am cool with both. My ideal roomies would be fun, easy going people that are clean and social but respectful of boundaries. I have no gender preference. I’m down with all the cool people. Ages 18-23, uni students or student age please. A little about myself: This year I was planning to spend the majority of it abroad in Australia but for COVID reasons the country isn’t open and I was overly optimistic in fall and winter so didn’t apply to school. So I am taking this opportunity to move to a new city, make some friends, and go to a lot of concerts. I’m flirting with the idea of going on a shorter trip elsewhere but that’s still to be determined. I’m queer. I am interested in politics and consider myself a Leftist/Socialist and want to get more involved in community and politics this year. I’m laid back, kind, clean, and social but am also independent and responsible. If you think I’d be a good fit or you’re just desperate hit me up and I’m excited to get to know you.
