Hi ! :) I’m an artist that is looking for a cute, spacious apartment that has two rooms (one for me and one for my son) with natural light for painting. I love to exercise, eat well ( I am a pescatarian) and I do not drink, although I don’t mind someone who does on occasion. I love a good conversation, but do have quite a full schedule and enjoy my routine :) I have a 7 year old son who is cooler than me and loves art himself. I have a long-term male partner that will be over from time to time, but we enjoy going out to concerts etc for the most part 🎶 Comfortable with renting with a couple or single, or if you need someone to take over a leasing agreement for a 2 bedroom; that would be me! 🫡 Cannabis and Lgbtq+ friendly environment!
