Hey there, me and my partner are looking for an LGBTQ-friendly room. Preferably in the downtown or midtown Toronto area. We dont have a car yet, so a place with easy access to transportation is def a plus! My partner is taking up a post-grad program in Seneca @ York, and I will be working full-time in the downtown area, ideally a place that is middle of both or somewhere that has access to train stations going to both would be nice. We are tidy and minimalist, so for sure we will not clutter the shared spaces! We are very easy-going yet responsible individuals, we like to socialise with our flatmates every now and then, chat over coffee or a few drinks, and share some home-cooked meals. We don’t mind sharing a place with someone who has pets. Or someone who smokes (probably in the balcony or designated smoking space). As long as we can all keep our living environment happy and clean, we are okay. We are moving to Toronto this August and looking to move by September.
