I’m looking for a female roommate to split the cost of rent with who is respectful, laidback, openminded, and clean. I really value cleanliness and would want my roommate to as well. While I’m outgoing, I value my alone time and will respect your space and alone time.

I’m looking for someone to join me in the condo I’m currently staying in. My current roommate is moving out once our lease term ends (Sept 30). The condo is located in the Core (5 min walk to Eaton Centre and 10 min walk to St. Lawrence market).

The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom + den. Rent is $3550 and we have a parking spot that we rent out for $300 a month which brings down rent.
