Hi! I’m Adam, I’m looking to find a new place with a great roommate along with my Siamese cat Gucci!

Leave date earliest Sept 1 and latest Nov 1. My preferred area is east of Dufferin, west of DVP, and south of the 401. Ideally as downtown as possible but anything on the subway line is good. Willing to flex area for the right place!

I’d like a place with AC and on-site laundry, as well as a living area where we can have some space outside our rooms. In case my cat tries to run outside, someone who is able to be mindful of opening the front door would be amazing (as my cat is indoor only).

I am very laid back and respectful of space, boundaries and privacy. I will be working 2 jobs so I won’t have a lot of time to socialize and I hope this is okay, but always down for a friendly chat :) My ideal roommate will have open and respectful communication so we can work out any concerns by talking and coming to a compromise. Usually when home I am quietly working in my room, if not I am playing video games or out exercising/with friends! Currently working from home but may return to office soon depending. Ideal setup for me is “independent but together”, meaning we live our separate lives but still able to chat and discuss anything related to the apartment. Equality is a value that drives my relationships with roommates, so I strive to make sure both of us are happy and satisfied at home.
