I’m just a guy looking for a place to live but certainly not able to budget most of the prices for bachelors in the city. I’m a handy dude, kind of a jack of all trades. But I’m quiet but social. (I know that seems contradictory)

Totally open to just hitting a starbucks and introducing myself to find a cool roomie to figure out a safe and financially stable home space!
