Single mom with a 10 yr old boy (he’s very quiet, polite, and keeps to himself) looking to share a place who is comfortable and open to living with a kid. He goes to my mom’s every weekend. I’m very chill, laid back and friendly. I’m absolutely open to making a new friend or just being a roommate that keeps to herself, whatever works for everyone. I do work 40hrs/week, evening shifts. I don’t mind sharing a room with my son or getting a larger place where we can have our own bedrooms in which I would of course pay more of the rent to accommodate (townhouse anyone?) I’m also completely open to anyone with a pet 😊 I used to be a vet assistant so I LOVE all animals.
