Apologies if I don’t respond right away, I’m not in a hurry atm and have a lot going on*

Just trying to reduce my current monthly cost of 1300$ 🥲. Preferably I’d like to not be stuck with a 1 year contract in case things change. My budget is 800$ base + 200$ for bills. Hamilton is ideal since I regularly drive to Cambridge, Brampton and Niagara falls. I’m quiet, clean and respectful. I’m currently renting on my own but rent is basically theft these days and I would like to afford things other than Mr Noodles. Also I should note that I eat plant-based. I don’t care what you eat but I’d prefer to avoid carnivores as you are crazy MFs and don’t need that energy in my life lmao.

I work weekends and have school during the week.

My ideal apartment would have a sick tv setup with a ps5, a comfy couch, and an organized/clean kitchen so I can pretend I know how to cook. Want something affordable but nice.
