I’m a mature and easy going 31 year old high school teacher. I live in my personally owned townhome and do not have kids. I would prefer to share with adults only.

Looking to share my place with 1-2 others. Open to almost anybody, but we have to be able to get along first and foremost. Very important for me that I share with someone who is on the same page as me. Male, female, couples, young professionals etc.

Very dog and cat friendly! However, I may have to consider a refundable pet deposit in case of damage. I absolutely love animals, but also have to make sure they don’t make too much of a mess or wreck the place. Any pet owner would have to take full responsibility for pet clean up and any damages from chewed furniture etc.
