Hi everyone!!! I’m looking for a room in a friendly home or roomies to team up with :-) (Or on my own) I have a very cute dog so any household would need to be dog friendly but he is extremely well behaved and house trained. Hes an adorably sweet hypoallergenic, non shedding mini goldendoodle. I work out of the house all day everyday as a scenic artist in film/tv so roommies would have more space if they work from home. I used to be a humanitiarian aid worker so I’m interest in global issues and I’m crafty :-) My dog will have a dog walker to tire him out while I’m gone - although in all honestly a dog lover who works from home or who overlaps with my schedule who wouldn’t mind taking him out for a quick pee while I’m out so I can avoid exhorbitant dog walker fees would be a massive bonus! Looking for a home, not just a house. Coming home at the end of the day to friendly roomies is really important to me. I love having a cup of tea, glass of wine or beer and a chat with friendly roomies when I come home. I like heading to the local breweries too. I’m also really happy chilling and adventuring alone. Ideally Looking for a short term lease commitment with the possibility of extension - just to test the waters - I intend to rent for the long term if everything goes well. Looking for something in East Van, ideally within very close walking distance from the action in and around Commercial Drive. Happy to meet/talk more if you’re interested.
