Hey there! My fiance and myself are looking for a place to move into ASAP, our last place was a basement suite with architectural issues and after some heavy rainfall we experienced terrible flood damage to all of our furniture and majority of our belongings. We are both quite, respectful and clean people. We both have jobs with consistent, reliable income, and have good credit. Since the flood damage we have been staying at a friend’s place but we are eager to get our own place again. We have always had outstanding relationships with past landlords, especially because my fiance has considerable experience with concrete, windows and doors installation, home renovations, electrical and plumbing! We’re both very easy going, and easy to get along with. :)
