We have a room available for rent in a lovely three story house in Clayton Heights. Nice neighborhood, very close walk to grocery stores, the bus and parks. I share a 5bdrm 3.5 bath house. My brother and his teenage daughter live in the basement. I have the master on the top floor. The room is also on the top floor, you would only share a bathroom with a family friend who has the third bedroom upstairs. The room is furnished. We all share the kitchen, living room and dining room. My brother and I share a separate fridge from the main one, so you will have plenty of space. My niece is not here on weekends, brother and I spend most of our time in our own rooms. The washer/dryer are in the basement. Preferably female. Must be non-smoker.

I bake a lot, went to pastry school. I’m a night owl, fairly quiet, love card games and Lord of the Rings. I have a very sweet small dog, he’s friendly, very quiet and very cuddly.
