Looking for a room in a condo or someone to rent a 2 bedroom condo with for a price range of 1000-1300 per person in North York, preferably Finch and Yonge intersection.

I am currently studying Computer Programming and developing software on the side alongside my part-time job.

Easygoing, respectful, and absolutely open-minded. I am very driven, positive, fairly deep, and questioning. My fields of interest range from Artificial Intelligence, automation, and physics to philosophy and behavioral sciences.

I have worked as an investment portfolio manager for three years, and now, focusing more on programming. Also, I work around 30 hours per week out of the house, study full time online for now, and work on personal software projects.

I am not noisy at all, but not sensitive to it either if you are. I don’t smoke, nor do I drink other than on special occasions but it is ok if you do, just don’t be drunk all the time.

I do not care if you bring trusted people to our place, and I do not care how often you do it. If I am bothered, I will let you know, and we can work something out.

I accept anyone with any opinion and group they belong to and can be very supportive as well.

I am looking for someone mature enough, with a positive attitude and passion for what they do. Someone goal-oriented, preferably, who I can trust and who is responsible and reliable.

I have no age range or gender preference for a roommate, but I expect a certain level of seriousness and maturity as I believe I am myself. I also avoid drama.

And trust me, I can be so fun and so helpful. I just had to be serious in this bio. I can make you feel good and laugh while having a deep, thoughtful conversation.

And Finally… I always learn. So, it is a plus if you can teach me anything.
