I am an incoming international student @ UVic taking a business diploma. I’d be flying from Manila, Philippines on Dec 13 possibly staying on an airbnb and hoping to move-in to a more permanent place on Jan 1.

You would love to have me as a housemate because I am a neat, organized, responsible and considerate individual :). I don’t smoke, I rarely drink, and I won’t bring a party to the house. I would often choose not to have visitors because I prefer meeting friends outside for a walk or a cup of coffee. I would also like to spend some quiet time inside my room watching Netflix or listening to some music (don’t worry it won’t be loud). I am double vaxxed with Pfizer and take all necessary precautions against covid or even a simple flu.

I am hoping to find a home which is near bus stops and grocery/restaurants. I plan on buying food outside (cause I don’t cook) so I won’t be spending a lot of time in the kitchen. Maybe I’ll just use the microwave to heat nuggets or some left over food.
