Hi. I would love a change of scenery, since I’ve literally never lived anywhere, except Orillia. I’m super friendly, nice, caring, helpful, hygienic, thoughtful, respectful and courteous. I’ve always strongly believed in treating others, how I would like to be treated. I am pretty quiet and keep to myself most of the time. (I’m a bit of a hermit sometimes, lol)😉 I like things clean, which helps that I enjoy cleaning daily as a part of my routine. I would love to have a dog, if it’s tolerable. Which is probably the reason I need to clean daily; to keep it clean, LOL. I have Part-time custody 😊🙏❤ She’s (my gorgeous fur baby and loving companion, Maisy; my dog) She is house trained and super sweet and provides amazing security 👍She’s also the one that helps me get off my ass everyday; and get lots of exercise because of it(and am delightingly pleased to see some physical rewards; and health, obviously. Also, I love to 🍳 cookand love gardening indoors and outdoors so so much 💖 600 would be leaving my finances quite maxed out since I only work part-time. 400-500 would be such a great help for me. No preference between male or female roommates 🙂 P.s. I have a list of recommendations including my current Landlord whom I’ve lived with the last 3 years. P.s.s. I would prefer a roommate agreement; lease 🤝 ✌ 🙂 👍
