Hey all, My name is Alex- I just moved back from Montreal to Toronto for work. I am looking for a (preferably furnished but open) room to rent in either a condo or an apartment (ideally a sublet or a 6 month contract with the option to extend). Ideally looking for one roommate but open to discuss if the dynamic feels right. I am extremely allergic to cats but open to dogs if you happen to have one. I love working out and I am more than happy to spend a Friday night watching movies or playing board games. I love open communication and organizing the place. I like keeping the place clean and tidy. I get along best with people who can laugh at themselves and not take life too seriously.
