I am recently new to Vancouver Island and am currently living in Victoria. Looking to move further up Island. No real preference on location as long as place is clean. Prefer non smoking or smoking only outside. I am quite, clean mid 30’s female looking for a large room with storage and private bath if possible. I do have a large couch and some small furniture so something unfurnished would be ideal. Prefer 1 roommate in a 2 bed, 2 bath place ideally.
