Laid back and friendly individual looking for a place rent. I don’t have any pets but also don’t mind if you have one. Generally prefer someone who’s also friendly but clean, mature, responsible, and isn’t absolutely crazy. If I’m not home I’m usually working or at the gym.

I occasionally mess around and practice with my guitar (acoustic) but I won’t play it at inappropriate times.
