Hello! My name is Efrén, I´m a 23 year old guy from Mexico and I’m gonna study an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering Technology in Centennial College. I´ll be a full-time student and part-time worker.

I´m looking for a place to live near Toronto´s Downtown or Scarborough, I don´t care if it´s a basement or an apartment, I just want a confortable and safe place to be.

I´m a tidy, clean, friendly and outgoing person, I can talk about everything, I love music, watch movies and sports, play videogames with my friends and I´m so excited to discover all the interesting places in Toronto. I drink alcohol in special ocassions (with mesure) and I don´t have problem with smoke. Usually I sleep late and my plan is to cook my own meals.

I´ll arrive to Toronto on December 25th (I know, right?) but I could find a place to stay until January 1st to team-up or live wherever you do.

My budget is around $600-$700 and I´m open to live with anybody as we have some kind of connection or same hobbies. I want a friend and a good roommate to start this new experience.
