Hello there, I have a room for rent in a 2bed, 1 bath:

I am looking for a FEMALE to rent one of the bedrooms. Major intersection Bloor and Dundas. I have a 9-year-old dog, so I would prefer someone without a pet. My ideal roommate would be clean (esp. with the common areas), someone who would alternate cleaning every week, and is reasonable with their guests (no parties and inconsiderate noises in the middle of the week and wee hours of the morning). I am a morning person, but I can live with a night owl who is conscious that I sleep at night. I like to keep myself busy and would most likely be out during the day hence why I need someone who can keep it down at night. I also cook a lot, so you will find me in the kitchen quite often. Ultimately, I am looking for a responsible, reasonable and mature female to share the apt with for at least one year, possibly longer. We’ve all heard roommate horror stories, I would like to prevent that, have a good relationship, and possibly even a friendship come out of our living situation. I like to think that I am easy to live with cause I am from a big family and have shared living spaces all my life. If I sound/seem like your ideal roommate please reach out to me.
