Hi everyone! I’m looking to start the Toronto condo/apartment hunt with someone (preferably female) for September or October. I’m 24 years old (will be 25 by the time I move) and work in marketing in the financial district.

My budget is max $1550, and I’d like my own bathroom. Other than that, I’m pretty flexible! I’m very tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I will be working from home on occasion, so I’ll need a relatively quiet space during the day. In terms of location, anywhere within a 40 minute TTC commute to the financial district would be ideal.
