Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room to rent, or to start the Toronto condo/apartment hunt with someone (preferably female) for a move in date in August. I’m 23 years old and work in marketing in the financial district. I’ve been working remotely from Kitchener, but with the world (and the office) opening back up, I’d like to relocate to Toronto. I’ll be new to the city, so it would be amazing if my future roommate would like to hangout and explore new places with me!

My budget is max $1450, and I’d prefer my own bathroom. Other than that, I’m pretty flexible! I’m very tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I will be working from home on occasion, so I’ll need a relatively quiet space during the day. In terms of location, anywhere within a 35 minute TTC commute to the financial district would be ideal.
