Travis

Hello my name is Travis, I am a 45 yr old single male.I am extremely clean and quiet. I work 5-6 days per week. In January 2023 I start school full time at Durham College . I love cooking especialy when I have people to cook for, I am a clean freak and NEED to always keep a spotless kitchen and bathroom and I prefer to be the one to keep kitchen and washroom spotless. Roommates do as you please with personal space but show respect for communal areas and I will keep them spotless.I never have company over to my place, I have no friends close enough to spend any spare time with. I am all about family and nearly all spare time is spent visiting my parents, brother and his family or my daughter who is grown and on her own in Toronto. I get along with most everyone. I am non judgemental, respectful of others beliefs and opinions. I am always dependable,friendly and positive. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself most of the time but always willing to help someone out and want everyone I’m associated with to know i am always approachable and happy to lend a hand do a favor or help out whenever possible. I make decent money and would prefer to set up direct deposit so that my rent is always received a few days before the first of each month. I am an avid reader and spend most of my time with a book. I don’t drink or do drugs. I smoke only outside because I cant stand the smell indoors on furniture and clothing. I have no pets or plans to get one. I am always dependable and honest. I feel I will make an excellent tennant and or roommate.
