Nayara

Hey! My name is Nayara and I´ve been in Toronto for the past 5 years, but I´m from Spain. I’m looking for a female around my age (I’m 20) to share a house/condo with and potentially become friends. My budget is around 900 + utilities and internet, so a total of around 1,000-1150. I’m sociable but also like to have my own space and time, that’s why I want my own room. I work full-time near Fairview mall as an administrative assistant so I wouldn’t wanna live too far from there. IMPORTANT: I’ve a husky and she would be living with us (huskies shed quite a bit😅 but I’ve a robot vacuum that will be our best friend lol).

I don’t mind taking turns to clean the house and groceries can be shared or our own, I’m pretty flexible. I’m ok with you occasionally bringing friends over, I’d just like to know ahead of time.

I’m ok with just being the 2 of us or being a larger group of people (only females tho). I also found a 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms house for just 3,500$ it’s really nice and renovated, So I’m down to teaming up with a group of girls and getting that house together.
