Hey there!

My name is Dylan. I’m 22, I just graduated and moved back to Calgary from Vancouver where I went to school, now I’ve got a job in finance. I got used to living with friends at school, and especially with covid and a new boring job I want to keep living with people my own age that I get along with. I bought a house, but unfortunately most of my pals here aren’t ready to move out, so here I am.

I’m looking for a like-minded person to take the last room in the basement. There’s the bedroom, a big bathroom, a living room/den, laundry room, and a big kitchen. There’s also lots of storage and it’s super bright inside. The house is super cozy and clean, and I will be doing reno’s over the coming months to make it even nicer. You’ll also have access to the upstairs with the living room with fireplace and the patio. The house has a large backyard, tons of parking, and is right across from Shouldice park!

I’m pretty laid back - any pets are welcome, and I’ll help however I can to make the space more comfortable for you!

I don’t want to live in a place where you feel like you’re walking on eggshells living with strangers. I’m going for a respectful but fun vibe, so I’m looking for roommates I could see becoming friends with, who are cleanly and study/work hard, but are also down to hangout and have fun. It’s currently just me in the basement suite, and upstairs are two awesome people I already found on here!
