Hi! I’m a mature student who will be attending Durham for the winter semester. I am currently looking for a place to move in as soon as possible. My price/required utilities are negotiable, and I would be open to extending the lease. I would prefer living with people around my age, and have lived in houses that were both all female and all male in the past so I have no preference. I have a cat with me, she’s really chill and pretty much won’t leave my room so she won’t be in the way. I have cat allergies but she doesn’t set them off. Would prefer no other pets, but I’d be willing to stay with a kitten or dog as long as they are cat tested (she doesn’t like other cats but can get used to a kitten.
