I am currently working full-time + part time (2 jobs). I generally mind my own business when I am at home, though I may not be home all the time as I work 5-6 days a week. I am fine with anyone regardless of ethnicity, etc. Prefer being in west end of Toronto (close to one of my jobs). I am outgoing and friendly and hope to expect the same from others.

I would strongly prefer if you are working at least to a point where the rent can be paid promptly. Also, I am motivated comfortable being exposed to smoke indoors.
