Looking to share upper level of quiet house, with my own bathroom, off-street parking, on a non-smoking property. My budget is around $1000. I’m a 56 year old male, fully vaccinated, non-smoker, non-partier, no drugs, no pets, reliable, clean, respectful, good references.

Alternately, I have a COVID plan: For $700, I’ll never use your kitchen and we will never come within six feet of each other. The only parts of the house we would share are the entrance way and laundry.
