Hi there! My name is Emma and I just moved here from Ontario, hoping to have a fresh start post graduating from University.

At the current place I am staying, I was paying monthly rent a week in advance, but am getting evicted as a result of my subletter’s failure to comply with the current lease regulations. Currently scrambling as a result and have until August 31 to leave my current residents.

I am a very easy-going and easy-to-get-along individual who loves nights in and relaxing. I am a clean roommate who respects personal boundaries!

I plan to move-in the mid-aug or September 1st of 2022.
