I’m an incoming PhD student at the UofT (just moved here from Alberta), looking to find a place within close walking distance to the St. George campus! I am primarily looking to find an apartment in one of the condos on Bay street, between Bloor and Gerrard street, but might consider other locations if it’s a nice place. Happy to team up and look for a place! Also willing to pay more than 50% of the rent if one room is slightly bigger than the other.

About me - I like to stay active and eat healthy, though on occasion I eat cake for breakfast and stare at my laptop all day. I’m extremely clean, I’ll always be down to socialize or explore the city, and I’m super respectful of boundaries.
