I am a newcomer resident looking for my first house (and it’s tough!). I am a cultural researcher & strategy consultant, and run 2 small organisations - one for-profit and one not-for-profit.

I am looking for a furnished room/house with someone who is social but also respects and understands space, a bonus if you have pets, keep themselves & the house clean (little OCD about it but of course, there are cheat days!), and overall builds a vibe together to keep the house fun and zen with equal autonomy.
