I am a Filipino international student and will study at Capilano University in Fall, I am looking for a place/room to stay. I’m friendly but respect private spaces. I pay my bills on time and looking for a place where I can really study so expect me to be quiet. Likewise, most of the time I love staying in my room. I can also say that I am a clean-as-you-go person so you don’t have to worry about shared spaces but sometimes expect to see a little clutter in my room during exam week.
