Heyy , let me start off with saying I’m looking for 3-4 girls on here who what to team up and get a huge house or townhouse. I’m looking for like minded females with similar personalitys / location and budgets. –ABOUT ME– I’m a 26 year old college student starting this fall at Humber. I will be studying mortuary science so that should tell you first off I’m not a normal girl. Secondly I’m somone who is an introvert and shy but once u get to know me in pretty silly and a big personality.BUT it takes me forever to get outta my shell, I have been told by roommates that they never know when I’m home or gone because I’m so quite, I’m also vary passionate about alternative aesthetics so I dress and decorate I’m a groovy way. I’m also super caring and polite… I’m also Native American and french Canadian (mètis) with that being said I get alot of benefits some are , schooling is paid for /free dental/ free medical and while I’m attending collage and keep my grades up they give me 1200 around for living expenses.Also I have a vary dear friend to me that I’m living with rn that has to move back to London Ontario for work and he has offered to pay for my rent for the best 4 years while I’m in school so I can focus all my time on my studies. So between the both I get $2300 per month and can afford anything between $550 -#780 per month. Also looking for a place in the west side dosnt matter if its north west or south west , nothing more then an hour subway commute to Humber college north -TRAITS YOU MUST HAVE, •RENT COMES FIRST NO EXUSESS •introvert / friendly / polite / respectful • quite/ reasonable/ good sense of humor •able to follow house rules ( they won’t be strict . For exp always have doors locked or no shoes in house ) •able to talk or text out a problem you are having within the house • looking for atleats 2-3 ppl with good credit score or a good track record.(you don’t have to have it it’s just a Plus bc if we wnat a nice place they will ask for that ) ( I have no credit and only had 2 places of my own. )
