Hi, Im a reponsible, mature, clean and tidy, respectful, single male relocating from Guelph as the house I’ve been renting for several years has recently sold. I enjoy time alone just as much as being social with others. I am a non smoker/drinker however am non judgemental either way. Healthy, clear, and mutually respected boundaries are appreciated. I am very easy going and said to be a good listener. I have a small 8 year old adorable, loving pup named Ophelia who is crate/house trained. I enjoy volunteering, baking, piano, cycling, and of course walking Ophelia. I’m open to either team up with someone , or simply rent a room that is currently available. Hope to hear from you soon.
