Hello ! A bit about me. I have my own house . I’m looking for shared accomodations or a room in beaches that I could stay at 3 or 4 days and 1 or 2 overnights a week . Preferably furnished but am willing to furnish. I love spending my days on the beach or walking Queen st ..so I wouldn’t be there much .
I’m friendly , tidy , easy going personality . I will be leaving my vehicle at my house , so I won’t need parking but if it comes with a spot.. great ..I’ll take it just in case a friend meets me down at beach for day and needs a spot . Love cats 😺and friendly dogs ..was bitten by a big dog once so as long as dog is friendly lol . I’m leaving my 2 cats at my own house as I’ll be commuting back and forth .

I’m fine with 420 friendly ..and I don’t smoke ….. I write lyrics and will often be on the beach with my writing book and a coffee or occasionally a discreet cocktail lol . I’m young at heart , creative, fun , easy to get along with ,responsible and financially independent and I can show bank statements as proof .so you’ll get your rent on time .in full .. hopefully you’ll let me pay cash or cheque.

Looking for a place 3 to 6 months or month to month . Hopefully next spring ..would like to sell my house and move to beaches permanently..
