My name is MOMO, I recently changed my job so I am looking to change my accommodation that is closer to the new work location (M3B 1X3).

Few things about me:

1. Very immaculate(military kid) and I keep the place tidy to the dot.
2. I trade stock market also so I am busy mostly throughout the day so only quality time with flatmates.
3. I sleep late ~12-1 am (blame the stock futures market time)
4. I keep it to myself and even try to adjust my times to not distract other people in the house.
5. Mostly light music is playing or some educational thing news so unless your walls are too thin and right beside the room I don’t think it should be a problem.
6. I cook but I don’t cook crazy spices or anything but yeah Indian food.

Note : I am looking for a FULL ROOM (If 1 bedroom or studio is leased then depending on company can vary 😉) BUT MY LIMIT IS MAX 1000.
