since I am doing a semester abroad in Vancouver, I am currently looking for an shared apartment. My name is Lukas, I’m 22 years old and I’m from close to Munich, Germany. I am a student of international business. In my free time I love to travel, I love to meet new people and I love to face new challenges. I would describe myself as a very uncomplicated, tolerant, grateful person, open minded person. I get along with just about anyone and can get excited about any nonsense. In my free time I like to do sports. In Germany I ride my racing bike a lot, occasionally I go to the gym and very often I go to the mountains. In the summer I like to mountaineer, in the winter I love to ski. I think Canada is a really great country for that. Besides sports, I am a passionate cook. At home I like to invite friends over to cook together. We then close the day with a beer or kick off an awesome evening. I would describe myself as a sociable person. Therefore, a harmonious and respectful living together is very important to me. In Germany I have been living happily in a fantastic five-person shared flat for 2 years. So I know a lot about living in a shared flat and how important it is to keep things tidy, although I wouldn’t call myself a cleaning fanatic. I’m really looking forward to the months in Vancouver, even though I can’t really estimate what’s in store for me. After all, until now I have always been in other countries only as a tourist without any obligations.
