Hi there, I am a clean, quiet and respectful, pet friendly and easy going young Caucasian woman. As of right now, I love spending leisure time practicing the graphic arts that I will in due time, pursue in the future through Conestoga College. Looking to apply & rent a Townhouse (I have one already in mind). I am trying to find a shared accommodation within a 2-Bedroom Townhouse with roommates as it is cheaper to rent together. I am aiming to get a townhouse ranging around 1200/ month. Making it $600 each per month. The duration I would like to stay would be at the least, 12 months, or preferably longer. I am looking to move immediately as of August 1st. That about sums it up.
