My name is Lilian Adom. I am a 4th-year student at the University of Waterloo (Theatre Performance major and Management Studies minor). I am urgently looking for a place to rent/sublet preferably for the year and a bit longer, starting from the fall term (September). I am hoping for a furnished room/unit. I am clean, take my studies seriously, and like to do my hobbies (singing, acting, etc) when I can. I was born in Ghana, grew up in Hong Kong, and living in Canada currently. I am working as a freelancer and a part-time job at my university’s theatre as a lighting programmer. Lastly, I am getting my parent’s help and they will be paying the rent. They are also able and willing to pay 6-monthly installments in advance, on top of the first and last month’s rent. Please feel free to reach out if I would be a good fit for you.
